Nice Tribute to a Coaching Legend . . .

Tucked just inside the San Francisco 49ers’ players & coaches entrance to “Bill Walsh Field” at Candlestick Park is perhaps one of the most appropriate and sincere of tributes to a coaching legend . . . it’s right at the “mouth” of the tunnel that leads from the field to the Niners’ locker rooms . . . it’s mostly out of sight to 99.99% of the fans that fill the stadium for each game, but it’s in easy (can’t miss) viewing to the coaches and players every time they enter (or leave) the field . . . it’s the first thing they all see before taking the field for each half of NFL action . . . and the last thing they see as they leave the field, headed for their lockers, following a game — it’s a framed photo of the late Coach Bill Walsh . . . and, as far as I’m concerned, it’s Goosebumps!

I’m not sure who came up with this tribute . . . but I commend him or her on a specatular concept!
